Give us 2 minutes and we’ll explain EVERYTHING you need to know about your accident claim.
Our low-key approach to marketing our service has sort of had the opposite effect we’d intended. On the plus side, having received literally THOUSANDS of emails over the last month alone, it’s easy to spot the 10 most common questions.
1. What type of claims do you manage?
2. Am I eligible to make a claim?
3. How much will it cost me to claim?
4. How long will my claim take to payout?
5. How is my compensation calculated?
6. Who will know that I’m making a claim?
7. Who will deal with my claim?
8. Don’t I have to use my insurance company’s solicitor?
9. Why should I use your service?
10. How do I start my claim?
1. What type of claims do you manage?
Car accidents, Work accidents, Slip, trip or fall, Accidents abroad, Medical negligence, Criminal injuries, and all other accidents or personal injury.
2. Am I eligible to make a claim?
Yes. Provided your accident or personal injury occurred within the last three years. If you are under the age of 18, the 3 year rule does not start until your 18th birthday. The time limit in this instance will lapse when you reach 21.
3. How much will it cost me to claim?
Absolutely nothing. All of our solicitors have agreed to work on a No Win No Fee basis. What’s more, there are NO hidden charges and NO nasty surprises whatsoever. So win OR lose, we won’t ask you to pay a single penny in legal fees.
We also offer a completely FREE OF CHARGE (no obligation) consultation. This means that you can have an informal chat with one of our expert advisors and obtain free legal advice before deciding what to do with your claim. All you need to do is pop your details into the ‘request a call back’ form at the top of this page…..we’ll even pay for the phone call!
4. How long will my claim take to payout?
This depends entirely on the type of case you have. A straightforward car accident claim can be settled in less than 3 months, whereas other more complex cases can take years to payout. A lot depends on the attitude of the person or organisation that caused your injuries, and whether they are prepared to accept liability.
What is important is that you (or preferably your doctor) assess the full extent of your injuries before submitting a claim. If your condition deteriorates after a payout has been awarded, you cannot ask for addition compensation.
Once you have been assigned to one of our solicitors, they should be able to provide a reasonable estimate as to the likely timescales of your claim. They will also be able to refine and update this as your case progresses.
5. How is my compensation calculated?
If your claim is successful, compensation will generally be awarded in two parts:
a. An amount to cover the cost of your injuries and the ways in which your life has changed as a direct result of the accident or personal injury. This could include things such as loss of earnings, rehabilitation, and medical expenses.
b. A fixed sum for any expenses or losses caused by the accident or personal injury. This includes car repairs, travelling expenses, painkillers and medical prescriptions. Of course, the more of these expenses that you can prove (via a receipt or invoice), the better.
6. Who will know that I’m making a claim?
Nobody except you, your solicitor and the person or organisation that you are making a claim against. We operate a strict confidentiality policy which means that the details of your claim are kept private at ALL times.
7. Who will deal with my claim?
You will be assigned to one of the top 5 accident claims solicitors in the UK, who will deal with EVERY aspect of your claim. You will also be fast-tracked through their service to minimise the time between starting your claim and receiving your cheque for compensation.
8. Don’t I have to use my insurance company’s solicitor?
Absolutely not. You are under no obligation WHATSOEVER to use ANY solicitor “recommended” by your insurance company. Unfortunately, far too many people have this misconception about the legal process in the UK. In fact, instructing your insurance companies’ solicitor could be one of the worst things you do.
Why? Because your insurer is NOT acting in your best interests. What in fact they are doing is SELLING your claim to a panel of solicitors that have BID THE MOST MONEY to compete for your business. So what you’re left with is a solicitor that’s paying out thousands of pounds in commission to insurance companies, rather than investing in the staff and legal expertise that’s going to get you the compensation you rightly deserve.
9. Why should I use your service?
We’ll give you three reasons.
1. Win or lose, this is a COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE service, which means we will never (ever) ask you for ANY money.
2. If our solicitors win your claim, you get to keep EVERY SINGLE PENNY in compensation.
3. We have been granted EXCLUSIVE access to 5 of the most experienced and SOUGHT AFTER accident claims solicitors in the country. This effectively gives you the BEST chance of winning your accident claim whilst securing the MAXIMUM possible compensation. Big promise, we know, but being represented by one of our solicitors will literally give you an unfair advantage over ANYBODY else making an accident claim in the UK.
When you’re ready to get things moving, you can either start your claim online or request a call back from a member of the accident claims team. If accepted, your details will be passed to one of our top 5 accident claims solicitors who will contact you to formally commence legal proceedings.
